Six Steps to Enrollment for Elementary & Middle School

Step 1: Request More Information

Columbia Academy will provide you with an information packet highlighting academics, extracurricular activities, and other key aspects of our learning community. This packet will help your family consider the opportunities at hand. Simply complete the online form to request more information.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour

Touring our school is one of the most important steps for your family. Visiting our school allows you to experience the nurturing learning culture and ask your questions to appropriate faculty members. We look forward to seeing you! Schedule your tour today.

Step 3: Complete Your Online Application

When you’re ready, fill out our online application to officially apply for admission. Parents will set up an account to log in and create a new student application for each child seeking enrollment. A non-refundable application fee of $75 applies. Supplemental documents may be required. Please see our Preschool Admissions page or our Elementary and Middle School Admissions page for more details. Families may also apply for tuition assistance. 

Step 4: Track Your Application

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your child’s admissions status by logging into your account. Here, you can monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and documents, such as referrals.

Step 5: Interview

When all of the necessary documents have been received, our school will contact your family to schedule an interview with our Principal. This helps us get to know our incoming families and further confirm that Columbia Academy is the right fit for your family.

Step 6: Confirm & Enroll

Shortly after your interview, you will hear from us regarding acceptance. From there, enrollment can be completed by signing our enrollment contract.
