The goal of the Columbia Academy Leadership Institute is to provide our staff and other members in the education field an opportunity to advance their knowledge and grow as an individual. Our trainings range from those required by the state to topics that are up and coming in the education field.
The Columbia Academy Leadership Institute is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education to provide core of knowledge trainings (CKO #3265) for infant through school-age teachers. In addition to the state-approved trainings, the Leadership Institute also offers Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid training through the American Red Cross.
